New Programs Introduced
for the Fall '07 Semester in

Elementary
~ JA Dollars and Sense - provides after-school, elementary-aged students the opportunity to further enhance their understanding of money basics and apply that understanding to their daily lives.
 
 
Middle Grades
~ JA America Works focuses on the impact of business and entrepreneurship on the development of the United States during the 19th century.
~ JA It's My Business! encompasses entrepreneurship curriculum for students in 6th, 7th & 8th grades.  The program emphasizes entrepreneurial skills that support positive attitudes as they explore and enhance their career aspirations.
 
 
High School
~ JA Financial Literacy Program introduces students to the importance of making wise financial decisions.  The program demonstrates the importance of planning, goal-setting, and thoughtful decision-making within the context of personal financial decisions.
~ JA Success Skills helps students develop work-readiness skills necessary for the workplace and life.
~ JA Careers with a Purpose introduces students to the importance of seeing careeers that help them realize their life potential and noble purpose.
~ JA Business Ethics fosters students' ethical decision-making as they prepare to enter the workforce and take part of the global marketplace.
~ JA Banks in Action teaches high school students the principals of the banking industry and familiarizes them with the challenges of successfully operating a bank in a competitive environment.
