The Frances Hesselbein "How to Be" award was created in 2003 to recognize outstanding leaders and role models at all levels within our organization and to foster an open communication climate throughout JA Worldwide that values ethical behavior.  It was created as peer recognition so that any employee in the organization could nominate any other employee based on their actions relative to the JA Worldwide values of Respect, Integrity, and Excellence.  During the World Leadership Conference in Washington, DC,
Randal Mays, president of Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail, Inc. was presented the award.  Randal was nominated by a group of his peers showing the tremendous amount of respect fellow associates have for his leadership and integrity.

Jenny Hobson was  awarded the "Rising Star Award" in November 2007 from JA Worldwide during the Regional Leadership Conference, held in Las Vegas.  The award is given in recognition of leadership, accomplishments and impact on behalf of our organization.   Jenny has been with the Fort Worth office for  5 years.
